Each piece is made from solid wood and finished by hand, so grain, tone, cracks, checking, knots, and small surface variations will differ from piece to piece. These variations are part of the natural material character and should be expected. The underlying wood tones which range from white to dark browns set the final oil color tones. This is because the translucent oil finish lets the natural wood grain show through, so color can range from light and pale-yellow to deep and dark from piece to piece. 

Choose the color that fits your space: Walnut and Grey. The surface is treated with a hand-applied, non-toxic natural oil and buffed to a soft matte sheen. Over time, the color deepends naturally, further enhancing the depth and individuality of each handcrafted piece.
